1. Subsea Cable Protector

URAPROTECT™, developed by Panduit, is a cost-effective and efficient solution for protecting subsea pipes and cables from abrasions and impacts during installation and operation. It is designed as a protective "sleeving" that can be installed on the pipe or cable as it is laid or offloaded. This helps to minimize the need for additional vessels or equipment and reduces project costs.

2. Bend Stiffener

Bend Stiffener is used to limit bending stress and excessive curvature on cables and umbilicals at the point of connection to a rigid structure. Panduit's Bend Stiffener systems can be used in static or dynamic applications and are designed to add local stiffness to the cable or umbilical. The system typically incorporates integral steelwork required to interface with the client's connecting structures.

3. Bend Restrictor

Bend restrictors are typically used in static applications where there is a possibility of over bending or damage to the pipe structure. They can be used onshore, offshore or subsea and are often used to support flexible pipes over free spans. Some common applications include wellhead connections, PLET connections, J-tube exits, rigid pipe crossovers, and over subsea buoys at the interface between flexible and rigid structures.

4. J-Tube Seal

Panduit J-Tube Seals are designed to provide a reliable and effective solution for sealing the interface between the inside of a J-Tube and the riser. The seals help prevent the loss of water containing a corrosion inhibitor that is introduced into the J-Tube void space. They are designed to be robust and effective in harsh environments, such as those found in offshore and subsea operations..
