1) Does "10 Business Days" refer to the production time or when I'll receive the product?
The 10 business days covers production and shipment from our facility - meaning your order will be assembled and handed off to the carrier within that window from the date we validate your request. Once it ships, you will receive a tracking number to follow the delivery all the way to your site.
2) What products are covered by the Qucik Ship Fiber Program?
The program covers a broad range of OM4 and OS2 fiber cable assemblies, including 2-fiber Duplex LC patch cords, 8- and 12-fiber PanMPO™ interconnects, and 12- and 24-fiber PanMPO™ trunk cables. For the complete list of eligible part numbers, visit the reference list.
3) Are there minimum or maximum order quantities?
There are no minimums. Maximums apply per order — not per part number — so mixed product types count together toward the total. If your order exceeds the limits below, contact your Panduit representative to discuss expedite options.
4) Will I be charged for shipping?
No. Panduit covers all freight costs, including air shipments.
5) Which countries are eligible for the Quick Ship Fiber Program?
The program is currently available in the United States and Canada. Panduit plans to expand availability to additional regions in the future.
