Net-Direct™ Air Inlet Duct Offers Higher Energy Efficiencies and Lower Operating Costs

The Cisco* Catalyst 9606R Switches are purpose-built switches designed for deployment in storage networks that can support enterprise clouds and business transformation.

The Panduit Net-Direct™ Air Inlet Duct has been designed in collaboration with Cisco and is designed exclusively for use with the Catalyst 9606R switch platform. The duct geometry optimizes the thermal performance of the switch by channeling the air from the lower front inlet duct to the upper rear exhaust port of the duct.

By providing a path for cool air to the switch, data center temperature setpoints can be raised, resulting in higher energy efficiencies and lower operating costs.
