#SkillsChangeLives in Panduit Japan

At Panduit, we are passionate about equipping youth with practical skills that drive innovation, economic growth, and social mobility. That’s why we’ve brought our #SkillsChangeLives initiative to Japan, reinforcing our commitment to vocational education and skills development.

The #SkillsChangeLives initiative was born in APAC to address the increasing demand for skilled professionals in technical fields. In Japan, under the leadership of Akihisa Takayama, we have made significant strides in empowering the next generation through:

  • Product Donations for Skills Development: Providing cutting-edge tools to key partners for use in internal training, technical schools, and skills competitions.
  • Hands-On Training and Seminars: Hosting seminars and workshops to provide students and professionals with hands-on experience in network cabling and other technical skills.
  • Supporting Competitions and Events: Actively supporting Japan’s vocational competitions to nurture top talent.
  • Collaboration with Educational Institutions: Partnering with JEC for technical lectures and special classes, inspiring students to excel in the field of information network infrastructure.

Building a Skilled Future Together

By investing in skills training, we’re addressing Japan’s skills gap while supporting industry demands and community development. Through collaborations with organizations like Kinden, JEC, and JAVADA, we’re creating pathways for students to gain practical skills and access employment opportunities.

Diversity and Sustainability

We are committed to fostering diversity and sustainability by empowering individuals from all walks of life to develop skills that will shape the future of the industry.

Panduit’s efforts in Japan are a testament to our mission to build a robust talent pipeline while contributing to economic growth and technological advancement. Together, let’s continue to make a difference through #SkillsChangeLives.
